Please consider sponsoring Project Christmas House 2019!
Project Christmas House is a ministry of the Purchase District and is open to everyone. Led by Mr. Bill Carr, a team will be headed once again to Hattiesburg, MS to help a family rebuild their home after a catastrophic event from which they cannot recover alone.
This year, the team will need $28,000 to successfully accomplish their goal. Unlike other years, there is no other funding available for this worthwhile project, so its success is dependent upon the generosity of the congregations in the Purchase District. What an awesome way to remember loved ones for Christmas by donating to this mission in their name! If the funds are not raised, there will be no trip this year for the first time in many years. Donations must be received no later than December 17.
The team also needs volunteers. They will leave for Hattiesburg on December 26 and return on December 31. Volunteers may come for a few days or the week. The team starts at the ground and builds up.
