Charge conference reports are due two weeks prior to your church’s scheduled Charge Conference. Although you will be familiar with the forms, the TWK Conference has a new way of accessing and submitting them (see link below for a pdf of the instructions).
Please note that there is not a local church leadership form. Instructions can be found on page 4 (see link below).
